After selling some items to WeBuyAnyCard, I suggested that the entire process could be automated. Instead of manually pricing the received cards, I proposed a more streamlined solution.
I designed a website that allows users to search for their cards, see accurate pricing, and build an order. Once WBAC receives the cards, they quickly cross-check the received items with the order list, and the user gets paid.
Additionally, I worked on displaying statistics for the site owner, built a job/queueing system, and created a streamlined process for WBAC staff to pick cards when selling on external platforms. This includes automating the process of listing received cards on external platforms. (And so many more things!)
Overall, I have significantly reduced the man-hours required to process each order, resulting in substantial business growth.
Not only has this been a full stack dev job, it's also been a good chunk of system administration & devops.

I created this site primarily for my wife, though I admit, I use it quite frequently too! She often complained about not knowing the right time to put the washing outside to dry. So, I took advantage of a weather API, did the math, and developed a relatively accurate way for her to find out!
